Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully verified and approved.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10.00 per order within the United States.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Infinity Haulerz LLC ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can monitor delivery progress using the carrier's tracking system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please carefully verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Phone number

Infinity Haulerz LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim delivery

may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment can be arranged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will assist in investigating the shipment and communicating with the carrier when necessary.

Infinity Haulerz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Government actions

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos when contacting support.

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Missing Items

If any items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of missing items
  • Photographs of received contents (if applicable)

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different delivery dates.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the designated shipping address.
